"Another great little break at Costa Ballena. Despite the long queues at check in, the staff worked through the lines promptly. Food at the buffet was ok, has been better in the past, same with the pool restaurant. There was plenty of entertainment for the kids during the day and in the evening which was appreciated. "We stay at this hotel at least twice a year. The food is amazing, and the staff are really helpful and friendly. We've been coming here for the past 10 years, and Tirio is always fantastic. Isabel at the pool bar was particularly helpful. The only thing I can fault is the lunchtime opening hours and the queue to get food. Perhaps you could consider extending the lunchtime to, say, 13:30-15:30 to help prevent the current rush hour."

"This hotel was beautiful inside and the staff were lovely. Hubby left his glasses in the cafe downstairs one evening and the waiter remembered him the next day. I'd recommend their parking arrangements as its only around the corner, the hotel is on a pedestrian street. "
