“Wonderful boutique resort with ample parking on site for your car, but if you want in-room wifi, make sure you request it when booking. Most rooms do not have it. Staff were very pleasant, and Tasos, front reception manager from 7am - 3pm, was exceptional!”

“We had a great stay here while in Kallithea. The staff was very helpful with recommendations, service, and conversation. the bartenders were all very attentive and it's nice that they provide snacks with your beverages. The room was very clean and everything worked great, including the air conditioning. We really enjoyed the location as it was close enough to walk, but far enough where you didn't get noise. “Sad to say the hotel stay was substandard. We booked two nights hoping for a solid 4 star hotel as advertised. We got a room and noticed some mold on the AC. When we asked to leave and get our money back, we were refused. We deiced to stay. Once we looked closer the mold turned out to be much worse than originally thought. Bathroom was affected by mold too and the visible parts of drain pipes were very dirty. It was fifty beyond what words could describe. See photos attached (if possible, I want……

“Sehr schöner Hotel, mit sehr hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern und sehr gutem Service. Wir sind um 9:45 angekommen, weil wir einen frühreren Flug gehabt haben und, trotzdem wurde unser Zimmer um 10:15 fertig und die Zimmerreinigung ebenfalls für uns Prio genommen. (obwohl die Check-in Zeit um 15:00) gewesen wäre. Am Abfugstag, wurden uns Launchpakete vorbereitet. Es war eine 10/10 in jedem Aspekt (Ruhige Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter, der ausgewöhnliche Meerblick und die ganz sauberen Zimmer)! - Wien ”

“Traumhafte Lage abseits des ganzen Rummels und geniale Unterkunft, um etwas abschalten zu können. Hatten einen traumhaften Pool ganz für uns alleine und der Vermieter ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend groß. Frühstücken auf dem Balkon mit selbst ausgewählten Köstlichkeiten. Es gibt hier wirklich nichts zu bemängeln, können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen!”

“Property was probably five stars years ago. Definitely a little run down and you can see it in the rooms. Breakfast was fine and the beachfront was actually really nice. Recommend that you get rooms close to the beach and not the pools cuz it is a little bit of a walk to get to the beach. It is in a good location in that if you have a car you can go next door to Afitos or Kallithea where there are really great restaurants, beach bars and views. Parking was very difficult when we would come back……

“I went with my husband and 7 year old son and we had a good time in Simantro. Loved the view and resort surroundings with all the greenary around, best part was the beach side and beach beds Beach was beautiful my son enjoyed. Overall we had a good experience, i would only recomend few more restaurants to be availble to eat. Other than that nice experience, nice staff and good food. ”

“Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen wieder! Wir hatten das 52 m² große Apartment, das sich mit einem Kleinkind als sehr angenehm erwiesen hat. Alles war tadellos sauber und gepflegt – die kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank war ein echter Mehrwert für den Alltag. Hausherrin Olga hat sich stets sofort um alle Anliegen gekümmert und war dabei durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool ein Highlight.
