"Arrogant...Worst Hotel experience I've ever had. Did not honor my reservation even though it was ALREADY paid for on Thanksgiving night. Unfriendly Front desk agent who obviously wasn't trained properly in customer service, argued with me for 40 plus minutes. Hotel was less than 1/2 full. Said I needed to pay again for a room I already paid for...?..... what? Condescending, patronizing, snobbish and disdainful attitude is what they were serving here for Thanksgiving."

"We stayed here when we got stuck in Scottsboro due to icy roads. The staff was nice and helped us secure two rooms. The other hotels were booked and we thought we would sleep in the car. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable . It could use a little remodeling but for the price it was good. "
