“No room service for most of my stay, dirty towels removed and not replaced with fresh ones. I checked in for a 6-night stay. The next morning, my used towels were replaced and trash removed. The second morning, same service; so far, so good. The third morning, no room service/cleaning. When I returned in the evening, trash and used towels were still there, bed was not made. This continued daily, and on the fifth day of my stay, my used towels were removed and WERE NOT REPLACED, so when I……

“Breakfast menu outstanding as was the preparation of the food.”

“Phenomenal experience! The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping services provided what we needed when we needed it. Front desk staff was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Breakfast had a varied amount of choices. Our room was located in a quiet, low traffic area of the hotel. Highly Recommend!”

“Hotel was very fully booked with a convention, so breakfast lines began a half hour before opening. Lines stretched through the lobby, and there was no available seating. It was the same at happy hour - we skipped both that event and breakfast because of the crowds and no seating. One elevator was out of service, so wait times were long. The restaurant is the highlight of this property - dinner service was excellent and the food is great.”

“From the time we checked in to the time we checked out our experience was perfect and we wondered what took us so long to find this place. Hats off to Drury for making our stay excellent in ALL categories.”

“Room was 6 out of 10. Peep hole in door was missing so anyone could look inside our room. There was a property ownership change from the time I booked reservation to my check-in. They didn't have my reservation. Property internet was down so there was a delay in checking in but clerk went above and beyond to accommodate us. Double booked our room with another guest and they tried to enter our room. Front desk clerk apologize for her error which was due to the system being down.”

“Air conditioner was nice and cold”

“Easy access from I-565, more handicap parking needed, more roll-in shower units needed, caulking around shower cracked & moldy, luggage carts difficult to use, not user friendly for guests with special needs.”

“Room was clean and roomy. You could hear noises from Outside very easily. Plenty of towels. Conditioner bottle was empty. One thing that was an irk but not the facilities fault is the smoke detector started chirping about 130 in the morning. I’m sure we could have called the front desk and had it addressed but we didn’t.”
