“Place was disgusting. The room smelled really bad, bed sheets weren’t clean one of the pillows looked like someone was laying down there few minutes we got here. We called the “emergency number” and nobody answered. Next day we talked with the front desk to get our money back because I didn’t stay there he kept saying that the room they gave me it was under someone else’s name reservation. I’m still waiting for my money back! ”

The provided high chair, pack n play, step stool, and video games were a bonus.The kitchen has been recently updated and was a pleasure to cook in. Do bring all your own spices/ingredients/storage solutions, but the pans, utensils, and dishes were well equipped and in good shape. “This property on a beautiful, quiet, tree lined street easily accommodated 10 adults for 4 days while we were in Cincinnati to attend a wedding. It had everything we needed and was within 20 minutes of everywhere we needed to go. The spacious off street parking and washer and dryer were a bonus!”

“Hôtel was very nice, however due to maintenance issues throughout the hotel we had been moved into a room that did not meet our needs. In the end had to purchase additional rooms. However it was just how it was, no one's fault. I would stay there again! Lovely pool area and easy to get to!”

Needed new carpet upstairs, lots of stains, there was a drawer in the upstairs kitchen with no cover and had exposed nails, and the king size bed in the downstairs was collapsed in the middle so we rolled to the middle of the bed. It was a nice neighborhood though and close to lots of things to do. ”
