"Absolutely perfect stay in the Cowshed. Property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, including kitchen utensils and some disposables which aren't always provided so that was a bonus. Lovely welcome basket of local produce provided on arrival. Property owner was easily reachable and quick to respond when needed."

"Fantastic stay. Please dont be put off by the lack of reviews on here. Myself and 3 friends had a brilliant long weekend. The cottage is nicely decorated and very clean. Bedding and towels were included (the description for the cottage says otherwise, but they are there). A full working kitchen with all the equipment you need. The log burner was set up and ready to go to.
The only thing missing was shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, so take that with you. Everywhere else was very well...

"The ladies who are running the hotel/pub so lovely - nothing is too much trouble - only been there 5 mths and they have their work cut out with the property and building it up again as a pub - all staff lovely , dog friendly - great location "

The full English breakfast was exceptional and served by the granddaughter so lovingly and efficiently. Will be staying again every time in the Stockport area from now on.
