“We booked a room, one of our party members booked another room to access early while being assured cancelling would be no problem. When we arrived cancelling was a problem and we ended up with two rooms. ”

“They couldn’t find my reservation although they charged my credit card twice (they did cancel one charge when brought to their attention) The breakfast was one of the worse I have seen. Also the door to the room although it closed it didn’t latch and was easily PUSHED open. When brought to staffs attention they said sorry.”

“Horrible housekeeping hung up dirty towels took to front desk gentleman in front desk didn’t think it was a big deal. Asked if I wanted to clean towels and proceeded to walk and get me a couple clean towels. Room was never cleaned properly. Nothing was wiped down when they did come in all they did was hang up the dirty towels. I myself went and got Lysol disinfected wipes, and anti-microbacterial spray and cleaned the room myself talk to staff about getting the sheets changed and the floor is……

“This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at Room was awful..bed hard as a rock and pillows were non existent .AC and heating unit broke and stuck in loop..it's apparent the owner is not concerned with quality in the least.Do not be fooled by the great location..It Is every bit as bad as it looks.”
