“The staff member at check-in was polite and helpful. He assisted when I had issues with the television, offering to change my room, and providing snacks at no cost to cover my inconvenience. The morning staff was not as helpful. When the new tv had similar issues, this staff was rude and stormed out of my room when I attempted to explain I'd just dealt with similar issues the night before. Along with this, the property itself was very dirty, trash covering the grounds outside the hotel. Not the……

“Everyone should experience several nights at The Altland House. It's truly a special place. Our room was an "interior" room and we heard no traffic. Real for keys!! The brewery in the basement and the restaurant on the main level were superb. ”
