“We enjoyed staying at the 1863 inn at Gettysburg. It's very clean, breakfast was very good and the staff are very friendly. It's convenient walking distance to historical sites, shopping & restaurants. Rooms were quiet & pet friendly too.”

“We booked a room, one of our party members booked another room to access early while being assured cancelling would be no problem. When we arrived cancelling was a problem and we ended up with two rooms. ”

“Horrible housekeeping hung up dirty towels took to front desk gentleman in front desk didn’t think it was a big deal. Asked if I wanted to clean towels and proceeded to walk and get me a couple clean towels. Room was never cleaned properly. Nothing was wiped down when they did come in all they did was hang up the dirty towels. I myself went and got Lysol disinfected wipes, and anti-microbacterial spray and cleaned the room myself talk to staff about getting the sheets changed and the floor is……

“Inn was nice, historic, and located walking distance to shops, museums, downtown, and the battlefield. Staff was nice and so relaxed which surprised me after the excessive messages I received before checking in. Parking was tight for a large vehicle, but easy though you do have to walk down and up stairs with luggage. ”

“Excellent value for the rate that was charged. Property and room were very clean. We did not like the seperate wash basin from the bath and toilet area, reducing the counter space for 2 persons. Perhaps, we had a smaller room? The King bed was comfortable. To ensure a quiet room, we asked for a room away from the highway, and on 2nd floor since dogs are allowed on the first floor. Why we rated only "good" is because the bottom of the shower curtain was stained (should be replaced) and the……
