You are within walking distance of Canaveral National Sea Shore and the famous JB’s Fish Camp. Located less than a mile away, Mary McLeod Bethune Beach Park offers a great spot to spend time with family and friends. It has large picnic pavillions, nearly 800' of direct beachfront sidewalk, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts, a fun playground, a fishing pier, and restrooms. Other fantastic attractions include Turtle Mound River Tours, 27th Avenue Beachfront Park, and downtown New Smyrna Beach.

When it comes to outdoor living, this three-level home offers three levels of beach/oceanfront decks, an outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing off the sand, and breathtaking beach/ocean views from every bedroom. The first level features a private and versatile family room that is perfect for entertaining and can be used as an office or a sleeping nook with a sofa sleeper. You will find a large smart TV with streaming and cable and a well-appointed desk and desk chair. In addition to this space, there is a laundry room with a washer/dryer. This home away from home allows long stays, so having a washer/dryer is a great addition! Off the first floor is an oceanfront deck spanning the entire back of the home.

A beautiful spiral staircase leads you to the second, main floor. As you enter this splendid seaside retreat, you will discover a breezy open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The oceanfront living room offers a plethora of inviting armchairs and a sofa where you can spread out comfortably with your loved ones, a large smart TV with streaming services, and a shelf lined with entertaining board games. Surprise your family and friends with delicious culinary masterpieces prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. The ocean-view kitchen features stainless steel appliances and solid surface countertops. The gorgeous adjoining dining table is perfect for formal meals and offers great views of the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Also on this floor is the oceanfront primary suite, which enjoys a smart TV and access to the beachfront deck. This deck boasts plenty of seating options, an outdoor dining area overlooking the beach, and a gas grill - perfect for summertime cookouts!

And last, but not least, the third level hosts the second oceanfront primary suite, featuring a spacious walk-in closet, a huge smart TV, and access to a private oceanfront deck with seating. The guest bedroom enjoys built-in beds with storage, a smart TV, and views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Additional perks on-site include central AC throughout, plenty of beach gear, a baby bathtub, and a booster seat.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
