Wow
We've rented a ton of vrbo's but never have we been so taken care of! The host provided us with what she called groceries to start us off, but since we ate lunch and dinner out every day, we didn't even need to go back to the grocery store! House was super clean and had everything we needed - huge thanks! I highly recommend, in fact she should teach a class on vrbo hosting :).

Annual Girls Weekend
We loved our stay in Newburyport! Our first impression was the cleanliness of this home. From our Welcome Note, to all the amenities you could think of, comfortable seating both inside and out, and a short walk to the beautiful beach - this trip was perfect! We also enjoyed a couple of visits to the Beach Coma as well as travelling into Newburyport for shopping and dining. We enjoyed both the Loretta restaurant and The Port Tavern while downtown. Thank You Anne!

Amazing Home on Plum Island.
10/10 would recommend! This home is so much cuter in person than the photos show!! It was cleaned and well-equipped with kitchen supplies, beach supplies, and comfortable arrangements! The host graciously left us some snacks & made sure we knew were to find beach chairs and a wagon. Check-in was easy and the home was perfect for our stay on Plum Island. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the property and we visited everyday and enjoyed the waves!

Absolutely Beautiful!
Home was beautiful! It was clean and had more than you could imagine for accommodations. Fridge and cabinets were stocked with necessities, as well as bathroom- if you forgot anything they had it! Pictures don’t do it justice! I would recommend this home for future renters whether you are looking for a fun girls weekend, a family getaway, or a romantic getaway.

This is a very well thought out, clean and plentiful Plum Island vacation home. Anne, the host, was over the top in all the details she thought of from chargers to snacks and toiletries. The property is in an excellent location, spacious, and with a perfect outdoor patio. I highly recommend this property, and will definitely stay here again.

This property was amazing!
We had the best week in this beautiful home. The owner Anne took care of every small detail! We flew in from Arizona so having a house this stocked was absolutely amazing. There was very little that she didn’t think of. Beach towels, beach wagon, beach umbrella, so many different pillows to choose from, bathroom necessities, some food items, a cooler, etc. Honestly, there was nothing left out. The home was clean and roomy. The pictures do not do this place justice. The location was great and just a short walk to the beach. The portable a/c’s kept us comfortable on warm days. Even the outdoor space was great! We love Plum Island and this is now one of our top favorite rentals.
