They promptly emailed us with clear guidance to resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. My only suggestion would be for the owner to update the main contact email on Expedia (or other platforms) to the one they actively use, since emails sent to the Expedia address did not get a reply, while the app email...

“House was clean and cozy. I really loved the fresh flowers upon check-in, and the lavender and rosemary growing along the fence was beautiful abs fragrant. The only downside was parking on the gravel was a little difficult for my mini-van due to the amount of space.”
