“Warm hospitality and friendly service. Clean room with modern bathroom. Great made to order breakfast was very much appreciated. The Lilac Inn itself was beautiful with an inviting and cozy ambience…will definitely stay there again!”

“Our stay was most comfortable. The staff was friendly and provided information about the area, eg: where to get a great dinner! Will certainly come back for future visits!”

“Hot tub and sauna were both closed indefinitely (we weren’t informed of this until after we had booked). Hotel was drastically overpriced for what you get. Earplugs in the lobby is never a good sign. We could hear every footstep and noise in the inn, including people snoring multiple rooms away from us. Super thin walls, not a lot of space in the rooms, and no mini fridges either. Breakfast was solid, but taken away promptly at 9:00am, which is a bit early. There was rarely any staff members……

“Ski vacation. Clean and very accommodating for ski equipment. Older building that has been well cared for with rooms that are simply decorated and updated. Fridge, micro and counter eating area perfect for making simple breakfast and eating leftovers. Easy walking access to restaurants even in sloppy winter conditions. ”

“The inn was lovely, the room was clean and the bed was fine, but the room temperature was not adjustable. It was winter and it was so hot that I had to run the AC to keep it cool enough to sleep in.”

“The only good thing was that the bed was clean, but it had 2 tiny pillows and when I asked for a couple more the desk person sighs and say, I only got 2. Junkies in the parking lot. About 6 broken down cars and 10 old broken bicycles parked on the front side of the building that look like had been there all winter. It used to house the druggies and homeless. I felt unsafe parking there. The restaurant was closed, pool closed, zero amenities, the hallways smell of smoke and mold with torn……
