“The room is located about a shop that is directly opposite Enfield train station, so the location is great, especially if you are going to an event at the Spurs stadium. You require a code to get through the door and then a second code which you enter on the door handle of your room, so no keys are required. The room was very clean and came with a double bed, small kitchen facilities, kettle, coffee pod machine, TV, toilet, shower and most importantly at this time of year, a very strong and……

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Elena’s home with our toddler. The space is perfectly suited for a family, and the location, directly on the bus line to the East Finchley underground stop and in a lovely neighborhood, was convenient to get wherever we needed to go. Despite the record-breaking heat, the unit stayed cool and comfortable with multiple fans. Additionally, we had everything we needed (including laundry soap!) and Elena was incredibly responsive when we needed her. We’ve……

“Definitely do not recommend staying here. We had a large number of issues and Esther was very hard to contact and no effort was made to resolve the issues during our stay. We have tried to discuss our concerns with Esther separately and she has not replied to us, which is extremely disappointing. Our issues were as follows: - there was no key in the key safe when we checked in so we and stood on the doorstep ringing the bell, as instructed, for 15 minutes until we got in- Once we returned to the……
