"Overall we had a good stay for F1 weekend and the property worked well for our needs, especially traveling with dogs. The fenced yard setup was a huge plus and gave our dogs plenty of space, which can be hard to find in the Miami Gardens area. The home itself was a comfortable 2-bedroom and the host communication was solid.A few things future guests should know: parking is very tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle or multiple cars. The biggest surprise was the plumbing situation — there are signs throughout the home explaining that you cannot flush toilet paper or any paper products because of “sensitive pipes.” Everything has to go in the trash instead. While we understand older plumbing can be an issue, it was definitely unusual and took some adjusting.If you’re looking for a pet-friendly place close to the F1 action with outdoor space, this home does the job well. Just be prepared for the bathroom/plumbing limitations and tight parking situation."

"The home has alot of great space for a large group. I would recommend the area rugs be cleaned or replaced. (very dirty and stained) There was also a strong odor out back of the property possibly natural gas or sewage from a neighbor. The kitchen could use some baking/ovenware and also dish clothes and pot holders. (there were none) The layout of the home is great for multi-generational use. Everyone having their own bathroom was also a plus. I reached out to staff one evening and they immediately responded! Always a plus."

"This unit was great. Bright and clean. It had what we needed but was uncluttered. Everything worked as expected. I did have an occasion to reach out to the property manager and the response was very quick and concise. Check in and check out were simple too. This is the way it should be!"

"This house definitely can accommodate a large group. However the pics don’t reflect the true up keep of the property. Property needs more tender loving care. Several things broken. It’s in a good area and close to stores and malls. The host is responsive concerning the questions we had but didn’t show up to an appointment that had been rescheduled. I would not stay here again."

"The pool was great, though you need to ask specifically for pool heat even though it states “heated pool” in the listing. I had to sign a rental agreement which was sent separately through my email which I had never had to do before through VRBO. The kitchen was stocked with essentials and was clean. The beds were not comfortable I’m sorry to say, and the sheets were threadbare. A couple of the beds are propped up with either a wooden block on one leg or a concrete block in under. The patio furniture is very old and dirty and the cushions for the loungers have black mildew all over them. So the house is spacious and for the most part clean but this place needs some more love and attention. Also, there is some sort of shipping business or something going on next door as there are people in the backyard with stacks of boxes day and night. The fence is waist high so feels like you’re in the same yard. We booked this spot because I needed a wheelchair accessible place. It’s not really. It’s spacious enough inside which is great but no ramp and no walk in shower just FYI for anyone else looking. The location isn’t too bad but definitely not in a great neighborhood. Not a big issue if you’re driving anyhow. The owner was responsive and answered my messages quickly. I wouldn’t stay here again. "
