Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was OK but would be better if they offered even hard boiled eggs or something else. All was car based. They did have yogurt. When I booked, it was beachfront is what I was told and there is a building in front of the hotel dividing the hotel in the beach. We did have a view of the water because I paid more and we were on a higher floor, but it said beachfront. We could not see the waves breaking all we could see was water over the other hotel. They were great about our dogs, but our dogs are quiet and don’t bark during the night. We had someone next-door to us and their small dog barked until at least 1 AM. Again room was great stairs going up to the room need help. They were safe, but the weather does take a toll. Lastly, I tried to call the hotel numerous times and he go into this whole computerized spin. Many many times I called. I would wait for someone to answer and then it would completely disconnect me. I think it was probably the most frustrating thing with this hotel. If you have to call him, don’t plan to get through in any Time short and maybe it will take six or seven phone calls before you actually can get through. All I wanted to confirm was that we had dogs with us because no response to the Expedia message that I was told would be answered within a short time. If you’re looking for a beach hotel, nothing fancy, but not on the water. This is a great hotel.
