Very convenient location. Welcoming and cozy. Cramped bathroom. Not able to take advantage of any "resort" amenities.
We enjoyed the property overall and most of the staff was very friendly. The only part that unfortunately stuck was how long check in and check out took. Seemed unnecessarily long due to their lack of staffing. Otherwise, a great place to stay in a great location!
The hotel is conveniently located near Max stops in downtown Portland. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great food, and awesome staff! Each employee was very friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again. No need to check out other hotels! My only disappointment was Expedia advertised ...
Beautiful restoration of a gem from one America's great periods. They seem to keep the homeless at bay around the hotel
Great food, comfortable beds, friendly staff, great outdoor seating and fires - very fun! Walking distance to almost everything downtown so great location!
Outstanding location, very well-appointed room - except for the funky coffee maker - the second time I've run into this brand which is hard to use and produces half-cup sized watery results - and above all, outstanding concierge (thanks, John!)
This property is modern and beautiful! The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Parking is $35 extra or you can park on the street.
Some of the fixtures a bit old: eg a fan in the bathroom rattled all night - couldn't be turned off even by management. Staff was very friendly & helpful though.
The hotel was clean and maintained and the staff was frriendly. As this was my first time at this hotel, I was surprised by the evening reception with free drinks and appetizers, and the breakfast in the morning was great.
