The view is absolutely amazing. Million dollar view from our room. But it was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. There was a used towel in the bathroom when we checked in-and used soap in the shower. Hair on the floor, cobwebs all over the walls. The fridge didn’t work and smelled and there was a fly in the room due to no screens in the windows and it was left open before we arrived. When the window in the bathroom fogged up, there were all sorts of inappropriate drawings. Check in staff was nice, but for 3 mornings at breakfast (which was just ok), the staff was yelling with someone at the front desk or gossiping. It was distracting since we could hear it while trying to eat breakfast right there. I thought it was a guest they were dealing with, but no, it was like a manager yelling at an employee and the whole breakfast area could hear. It was very unprofessional to do that there.

5 stars, and if we could go higher, we would! This was one of the best family stays we have had so far. The beach was so close, and the town had so many great things to see and experience. The location was perfect and central enough that we could visit other beaches during the day and still be back home the same evening. The hosts were incredibly kind, and the managing agency stayed connected the whole time, so we never had to wonder about anything. The neighbourhood was quiet, the home was beautiful, and every little detail was appreciated, even the sandcastle building toys! We are so grateful for such a beautiful trip. Well done. We will be back!
