“A lousy truck stopped by the hotel, and it’s a Compressor Refrigeration Trucks! You have no idea how horrible this noise sounds like heavily! It all day long!”

“This was a great find in a small town with few choices for a wedding weekend. It is very close to downtown and was reasonably priced. Although decor is traditional-a-la-1994, it totally works with the double staircase, numerous comfy common areas + friendly staff. Recommendations for the hotel - or for travelers to bring if important - would be to add a full length dressing mirror somewhere in the rooms. That was the only thing missing and I’d definitely stay again. ”

“Flawless execution by the Gunrunner staff from beginning to end! The pre-arrival instructions were spot-on. Our room was clean and personalized for us when we arrived (they had left us a gift of wine and a card congratulating us for our wedding anniversary that we were there celebrating - nice touch!). We were staying in Florence to see some of the local sites and restaurants, but the highlight was the Gunrunner bar and many seating areas around the bar. We were able to listen to some live music……

“We stayed for one night. One night of hardly any sleep. The first room we were given was a mess. I unlocked the door and someines shoes and personal items were in there. Bed wasnt cleaned after said person slept in it. Crackers and chocolate all over the floor and to top it all off he left us a nice present in the toilet..the front desk staff was amazing though and immediately gave us a new room. Cleaner but not by much. ”
