"Staff where terrible at the airport"

"Very unique styling, we enjoyed the fun re take on the old motel style of mid century America. Friendly staff and the restaurant was delish! I don’t know what they use, but the entire place smells wonderful, puts you in a peaceful mood. Not much parking around there, but they have their own valet for $25. The pool area is lovely. I booked this last minute and was so pleasantly surprised… it was a Saturday night but got it for a great price. "

"This property was over-hyped in my opinion. Kitschy due to history of former actors that stayed there. Fireplace on 1st level was always full so no place to sit and enjoy. The smoke from the fireplace on the 2nd floor was awful. Room was nothing special, in fact you had to leave the bathroom door open to dry from your shower the space was so small. Restaurant was nothing special. Food was adequate, but staff was short and forgot about us repeatedly, especially at breakfast then next morning as we had the breakfast included in our price of the room. All in all it did not meet my expectations. "

"The room was dated but clean. It would have been great to have a little more light in the space at night but the giant windows make daytime great! The carpet has definitely seen a lot of feet but it was still clean. The pool and pool area were clean and welcoming. Lots of great places to explore and sit to meet with friends or have some alone time. Overall this was a great visit very family friendly and comfortable enough that we will be back. "
