“1st impressions are everything. Massive stains—-shocking the owners don’t replace the carpet if they are going to rent to it people(that live in nice places). Pretty disgusting and surprising. I guess they should let renter know——you will be renting a nice property that has massive carpet stains.... I think a majority of the people(knowing this) would rent somewhere else.
