“The TV was not working properly. There was a red line through the top third of the screen plus the connection to the Dish network kept cutting out. I had to get the staff to rest the entire TV. Also the floor is the bathroom was not washed. I wore white socks into the bathroom and afterwards I noticed they were dirty. I took a wash cloth and washed the floor and that wash cloth was filthy.”

“If I could rate this stay an 11 out of ten I would. The only thing to note is the breakfast if you have food allergies. Nothing is labeled and the kitchen staff wasn’t able to understand me when I tried to ask about ingredients to clarify. Everything else was phenomenal.”

“Service was great and I appreciated the out door pool in comparison to other hotels. It was nice. The only negative, the pool had a ton of leaves in it. So I cleaned it out myself.”

“The first day in the room, we noticed the toilet didn’t flush properly. You had to flush multiple times for the tissue to go down. The second day, toilet overflowed causing the whole room to flood. We (3 of us) had to quickly grab our thing and exit the room. We were then placed in an handicap accessible room. The bed in that room was literally 6-8 inches from the floor. I complained and was told they were fully booked. Then I was told they would have another room ready in 30 minutes. My……
