Old Man by the Sea is a spacious six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bath home, ensuring that all of your guests will have space to unwind and enjoy their stay! Each bedroom has an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the master also has a standalone tub.

Looking to have a BBQ with the family and enjoy the outdoors as much as the in? This home has a stunning pool and hot tub with an amazing view of the creek, perfect for a sunset swim, plenty of seating outside for you and your family, including a splendid outside bar area. Not to mention the ever-so-spacious backyard area where the kids can run around and play.

The house is also located in, "The Resort of OIB." So, not only do the homeowners get to enjoy an oceanfront clubhouse, but so will you! Access includes an oceanfront pool, private beach access, private bath, and crab dock all within a five-minute walk from the property.
