Beautiful spot and nice spacious room. Clearly orienting new staff and ramping up for the season. Disappointing was not accessing our room till 5:30pm after 5 hour drive and cold pools and hot tub with many babies and young children in it- an adult space would be nice. But love how family oriented the whole setting was and the spot and chairs to enjoy were great!

This hotel does not have a pool as mentioned in the website, the backyard and playground are not well maintained, the breakfast was ok and staff good . The room was clean , but their charge a 250 cleaning fee, and offer service just by request.
