San Miguel is a two-bedroom, two bathroom, oceanfront condo in an oceanfront community which is located in beautiful Oceanside, California. This condo does not have air conditioning, but has a wonderful ocean breeze to cool off the unit in the summer months. The condo is not child proofed and it is the guest's responsibility to child proof the condo. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to make sure the condo is safe for the guest's children and any other children that may occupy the condo during guest's stay. But the condo is not airconditioned. There is a single window air unit that you have to plug in yourself in a bedroom window. The condo is well located with just a short walk to the pier and beach. It's well supplied with kitchen and beach equipment. No wagon. The beds are comfortable, as is the living room furniture. The owner has too much stuff in the master closet. It's a long walk from the elevator to the condo but there are stairs close by to take to the basement parking. Checking in was OK, but the young gal doing it was rushed and didn't spend much time with us.
