“The cabin was clean and comfortable. She left extra spices in the cabinet we could use for cooking and condiments in the refrigerator that came in handy. The dock on the lake was peaceful and we caught quite a few fish, small perch and I caught one large white perch. It was a very positive experience and we got a lot of well deserved rest.”

“I would like to start by saying make sure you are booking the right house. They have a cabin and a cottage. The review says this place is on a lake and they have a pond. Once arriving I found out the pond was exclusively for the cottage. We booked for 5 nights Once walking in everything changed. The restroom smells of mildew and there was mold on the shower curtain. “We had a great stay at Dancing Bear cabin. Great location very close to Shenandoah National Park. The cabin is beautiful inside and out and the views off the back deck are amazing. The cabin was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!”
