“My boyfriend and I stayed at this property while we were in town for a work meeting, so we had to work remotely for 2 days. The space was perfect for both of us to be on calls and meetings throughout the day. The overall resort was very nice and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. There was some minor renovation being done in lobby, but this did not affect us at all. Felt safe walking nearby resort and some cute spots to grab coffee, food, and drinks. Would recommend for anyone to……

“First off, this is a hotel, period. Not sure what it's doing on VRBO. Amenities listed are either false or misleading. No AC. Windows are a pain to work with, filthy to operate but necessary. No screens so bug can come in. You cannot sleep with the windows open. We tried... Shower is tiny and no light...No pool or fitness center in the hotel. You have to cross the street to their sister property. Who wants to walk across a busy street in their trunks? The positive is the staff. Very friendly and……

“Stayed at this great property for a mother-sons trip with my 2 young adult sons and it was perfect in every way! The large living area allowed us a fantastic area to enjoy one another. We could spread out, relax, talk, watch movies, read, etc when we weren’t out & about exploring the city. The location of the apartment could not be better: within short walking distance to small grocery marts, coffee shops, and lots of eateries on Fillmore & in Japantown. Both bedrooms provide very nice bedding……

“Property was great, staff were extremely friendly, and bed was super comfy. Only downfall was there is a large population of the unhoused in the surrounding blocks (the city seems to be working on cleaning this area up) so we had to walk through a few blocks of people camping on the streets or take a ride share. With that said we felt very safe and had a great experience. ”

“The property is actually better than the description. It is a luxury apartment in a great setting. The location within the Wyndham makes check-in smooth and the on-site concierge is a plus. It is a very short walk to Union Square and very convenient to the trolley line. The host was easy to contact and proactively communicates with us ahead of our stay. I would not hesitate to book again.”
