Il vero punto di forza è stata Irina, la cameriera che è stata simpaticissima, molto disponibile a dare consigli sui posti da visitare, è entrata subito in sintonia con me e la mia compagna, facendoci sentire come a casa nostra. Per noi Porto Matina è Irina, con la sua empatia e la sua propensione al cliente. Ottima la pulizia, effettuata tutti i giorni, con cambio lenzuola quotidiano e talvolta cambio asciugamani. “We stayed at the hotel just before the start of the season. In fact, we were the only guests for the first two days. I can't speak of what happens during the peak season, but it was the best place we have ever stayed at so far. The room was exceptionally clean and fully renovated with modern amenities; the staff was great and very attentive. Breakfast was excellent and varied every day. WiFi Internet was fast and stable. “As we arrived after the reception closed, the owner reached out via WhatsApp to provide us with the check-in procedure. He explained how to get our key and gave us our room number. He also gave us some local recommendations for restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the electric blackout blind was fantastic. A few more pillows would have been welcome. When we requested a taxi the following day, one of the team members offered to take us wherever we needed to go, which was really……

“Wunderschöne Hotelanlage. Das Hotel liegt aufgrund der weitläufigen Gartenanlage soweit von der Durchgangsstraße entfernt, dass man ohne Lärmbelästigung chilen kann. Leider war der Ort nicht so attraktiv. ”

Loved the view and resort surroundings with all the greenary around, best part was the beach side and beach beds Beach was beautiful my son enjoyed. Overall we had a good experience, i would only recomend few more restaurants to be availble to eat. Other than that nice experience, nice staff and good food. ”
