“The unit was wonder, and a perfect location to visit family nearby at Splendido. The unit was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. We wish we had more time to enjoy the private patio and the pool that looked so inviting but it was just a short visit and we ran out of days. We will definitely reserve this unit again the next time we are visiting.”

“The location and condo was perfect for us. Nice pool. The host was very easy to communicate with. She reached out to let us know the washing machine had broken (long story) she offered to pay for us to have our laundry done. Our host did a great job trying to solve the situation and we ended up not needing the laundry service. I will stay here again! Hopefully for an even longer stay next time!!”

“This is the ideal location for my Mom to stay when visiting us (we rent it for my 88 year old Mom to have a home-base when she travels here for holidays, etc..). The home is cheery, comfortable, and offers a "home-like" feeling. The hosts do an outstanding job to make us/my Mom feel welcome. I also like knowing that this is a safe and upbeat neighborhood for Mom to get in and out of with ease, while enjoying all the area has to offer.”

“Nice size condo for 4 adults. Needs new carpeting or better yet a different flooring. Would strongly suggest not allowing animals. Odor (think it was something they used to clean the carpets?) was horrific 1st 2 days, then subsided. Kitchen well equipped. Beds very comfy. Living room furniture very nice. Overall, we would probably rent it again😊”

“First, Deanna and Garrett are great Hosts! Communication was great and we were welcomed with a lovely basket of goodies! Home is clean and everything works. Nice touches are motion sensing night lights to help you navigate at night... They can also be turned off if you'd prefer not to have the light. Property is well maintained and in a good location for Oro Valley activities. Master bed is comfortable... We didn't use the other one. Will definitely consider again if we need it on our next Oro……

“Wonderful stay at Thomas and Kathi's condo in Oro Valley. Everything was perfect. It’s comfortable, clean, quiet, with friendly neighbours, a lovely pool and hot tub. We BBQed burgers one night at the community barbeque and enjoyed the fire pit. The condo has everything you need for cooking and eating in (including salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder which came in handy for the burgers), lots of pots and pans and dishes. There are lots of restaurants nearby to dine out too. Thomas and Kathi……

“This was a nice convenient and comfortable place to land while relocating mom and her dog. Love that they allowed pets and it was quiet and clean with access to the nature preserve and trails to walk. The management team was super responsive as we had to extend our stay a couple of times.”

“Overall a great place. Beds are comfortable. We could not get any good streaming coverage from the TV’s. The one in the spare room doesn’t appear to be connected to anything. Multiple remotes would indicate cable but they were non responsive.”

“Thought it was just a few condos from the pictures online. Turns out to be a whole community from f condos. Hard to find the right building. It’s kind of out of the way of any main town. Shower leaked and shower heads were even worse. Seemed like a lot of steps to get checked in. Multiple emails and forms for the HOA. I probably won’t stay here again.”

“The condo was perfect! Light and bright, and had everything we needed. It was clean and the king beds were very comfortable. Having 2 king beds is a bonus when travelling with two couples. We would definitely stay there again.”
