“The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. The hot water heater is in need of either a good cleaning or repairs as the hot water only lasted a few moments before running out. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed. It was inconvenient for us to have to……

“We had a wonderful stay. I love the location of this unit, as well as the walkability to nearby businesses. Very safe and friendly area. We had everything we needed. I loved the in unit laundry, A/C and hot water. Great water pressure, too. Thanks again. ”

“The location was great. Condo is very cute & well equipped. The balcony did have a broke beam prior to our arrival which we reported immediately through the safety concert option. The beam still had not been fixed when we checked out this morning. ”
