"Most basic hotel stay. Ok location but rooms very basic, no fridge or microwave- basics like shampoo only available from reception. Had to wipe some me water off the floor- the cloth was black- floors filthy."

"Planned 3 days to stay at the Lake Powell Resort, but cut it short due to a few things. The hotel was poorly maintained, crumbs on the floor, bathroom fan was so loud because of the buildup of dust, sheets had a stain on them and lastly the smell of sewage was overwhelming. Garbage can on our floor was piled high with trash for a day and a half. No elevators we had to make multiple trips to our car to bring up or luggage. Staff was nice. Our view of the lake was ok, but because the water was so low, the view wasn’t much. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"Room was clean. Very nice accommodations. Close to restaurants and the tourist attractions. Only problem was the shower plumbing. Difficult to get hot water and hot water to work properly. Had shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap. Wish the fridge has an ice box included."

"All a good standard but did not expect to be charged $20 for parking in hotel car park!!"

"One half of mattress was really badly sunk in. Drapes were a bit grungy and in general the room lacked the nice, fresh and clean impression. Breakfast “hot” items were cool and the breakfast room was quite chilly. Overall, just a mediocre stay."
