The half-day backwaters boat tour was a highlight and highly recommended, and the resort grounds were lovely and quiet. The main disappointment was the Alleppey tour, as we were not told in advance that the coir factory, museum, and palace were closed on Monday, which made the long drive less worthwhile. “Nous avons apprecie la gentillesse du personnel, la proprete de la chambre, le restaurant tres bon (meme si seule une petite partie de la carte etait disponible), l'architecture agreable de l hotel et la proximite du centre ville. 2 bemols cependant : les portes-fenetres de notre chambre (103) ne sont pas jointives donc nous entendions les bruits exterieurs et l'accueil ne dispose d'une caisse pour rendre la monnaie le cas echeant. L ensemble reste tres bien pour un prix tres raisonnable. Je……

“I took this hotel to meet with my two school friends from Muvattupuzha for a maximum of two hours evening time. Hotel was nearly empty. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent.. I checked in at 5pm and vacated at 7pm. Took another hotel Kabani , with much more facilities and wonderful staff and paid less money. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.
