They were constantly smoking really bad quality weed outside their room, on the stairs ourside our room and you could always smell it. They appeared to be living long term in the room. The room was dirty. Qtips on the bathroom floor. Trash can with wrappers and cans in it. We were told no housekeeping available at all. Door did not shut or lock properly.
