It is in close proximity to I-10, Indian Wells Tennis Facilities, HWY 111 and all the Coachella Valley has to offer. The home has three bedrooms and an office. Mature fruit trees in the backyard and covered patio for evening meals. Two car attached garage and indoor washer and dryer. This is a minimum month-long rental. Great location situated between La Quinta, Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs International Airport.
