This light and bright 2 bedroom, 2 bath + Den home features 2 bedrooms (2 king), large sectional, a vaulted ceiling living room, comfortable furnishings, a private patio and direct access to a very private community pool with views of the mountains and fairway directly behind the end unit condo.

MCC is a private gated community with 24/7 security, beautifully landscaped grounds and great access to several fun activities.

The condo is within minutes of several public golf, tennis and pickle ball facilities. We are also located within minutes from El Paseo shopping district, theater, exceptional dining, museums, Eisenhower Medical Center, grocery, retail and the living zoo. This newly updated condo has everything to make your stay memorable.

Our property is also great for traveling nurses, business stays or anyone that needs a mid-term rental in the coachella valley.

The condo is also 15 minutes from both Coachella and Acrisure Arena.
