We loved this condo! It had everything we needed and more! They had all kinds of small things that made the stay perfect. The only detractor was the elevators, just not enough for the size of the building, but we didn’t have too many issues. Overall, a great value for what we paid! Easy access to the beach and lots to do on the property as well!

Great place!

The condo was great! Love how it was decorated and we had everything we needed during the stay. The host was amazing and fast at responding back to questions. Location was right across from the beach and across from pineapple Willy’s which was great!

Great Place!

Our first time in Florida and we had a wonderful time! Great location, great condo, great view, great host. Appreciated the extras like an in-unit washer and dryer, sand toys, boogie boards, wagon. There are lots of pools and it has private beach access. We would love to come back, the kids didn’t want to leave!

Everything was great, listing , communication. The rental was just as described . Great location great place to eat right across the road. Easy walk to the beautiful beach! Amazing Condo with Gorgeous Views of the Ocean!

We had the best time at this condo. The property manager was amazing and went above and beyond! This property has all the extras you can think of. Just bring your food and you will be good to go. The views are top notch with an ocean view. We plan to come back again and again.

The condo itself was gorgeous and, to our surprise, very well stocked! We enjoyed our stay immensely because of the amenities and quality of the condo. The view was great and was in the perfect spot! Beautiful Resort and Beach

We loved this property and can’t wait to return for another visit. It’s very safe with security patrols at all hours and is gated. The beds were so comfy and I have very high standards for cleanliness - this rental exceeded my expectations. It’s also so quiet, you can not hear other guests at all. If you do have a fear of elevators or heights this is not the place for you. Everyone else, I highly recommend it!!!

Amazing condo!

Our condo was beautiful, so many little extra's that were useful during our stay, such as beach chairs and extra towels. I was able to get around 95% of the condo in my electric wheelchair, everywhere except the back patio due to the lip on the door, which was to be expected. But my girlfriend and I were able to work around that and relaxed watching the sunset. Now only if mother nature was as awesome as our condo. She insisted on double red flags during most of our stay.

Great spot!

We enjoyed our time at Laketown Wharf. It's a great location with easy access to the beach, which was never crowded during our stay. Only used the pool once because there was no lifeguard on duty and the amount of dangerous play was too much for my 2 lifeguards in the group. Also the no smoking on property was not enforced so we spent quite some time avoiding this. Our condo was fantastic! The view was incredible. We were pleasantly surpised with the umbrella, chairs and wagon for the beach. It was very quiet at night despite a bedroom being right on the walkway, we never heard anyone going by. The condo was very well stocked, again pleasantly surprised! We will definitely stay here again!

Beyond Expectations

Our family was in PCB for a baseball tournament over Christmas and New Year and we were so pleased with our accommodations provided by Kelly and his wife. From check-in to checkout, they were in constant communication and lovely hosts. The condo is impeccable, beautifully decorated and they provided everything and more to make our stay an absolute joy. The only downside was our weather and the pool on the 10th floor was closed along with the jacuzzi making the only other jacuzzi at the building overcrowded at times. Obviously, these were things out of the hosts control and we were still able to enjoy the accommodations that were available to us. A beautiful view, the fantastic fountain light show and a great central location will absolutely bring us back! We feel so blessed that they opened their condo to us and are very grateful for such a wonderful experience! You won’t regret booking this unit. Thanks Kelly and family for sharing your piece of heaven with us- we can’t wait to be guests again!

Best VRBO I've stayed in

My group and I were very lucky to have stumbled upon this rental. We had unfortunately been canceled on by a different rental property at this resort and picked this listing last minute. I was not sure what to expect because all we wanted was a place to lay our heads, but this place far exceeded our expectations. This condo has such an incredible view and was extremely clean, spacious, and well put together. My group and I really enjoyed all of the amenities our host provided, such as beach chairs, an umbrella, a wagon, games, etc. I have stayed in a lot of rentals, and this has been the best one yet. My only reservations had to do with the resort itself due to the extremely long waits for the elevators. I will say that by the end of our trip, we figured out how to best navigate the resort, but it was tricky at first! Kelly is a phenomenal host and kindly answered all of my questions! I would recommend staying here no matter what group you have with you! There is something for everyone to enjoy! Again, I cannot express to you how nice this condo was and how much my group and I enjoyed our stay!
