It is beautifully decorated with NEW granite throughout, stainless steel appliances and beautiful luxury vinyl flooring in the living room and master bedroom. Laketown Wharf is in the heart of All of the Fun & Entertainment in Panama City Beach - Just steps away from the World's Most Beautiful White-Sand Beaches, Shopping, Dining & Entertainment. This Beachside Resort offers unparalleled amenities with convenient beach access, 5 unique pools, a kids Funscape Playground, Splash Bar & Grill, Gulf View Fitness Center and covered garage parking. We had a wonderful time during our stay. The balcony provided a great view, and the unit was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely try to come back again. However, there was a slight issue with the elevator; you might have to wait for it at certain times of the day.

Such a lovely condo with a beautiful view

This trip was to celebrate our youngest grandson's 13th birthday. He had never flown or been to the ocean & has always liked to stay on the highest floors of hotels. He was totally amazed by the condo & the view and all that we did in Panama City Beach. Everything was perfect.

It was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. Perfectly decorated and was stocked with all the essentials. I had a couple questions because the complex was so busy when we got there, being Spring Break and the owner was super quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this place!

Very impressed with this unit. Extremely clean (I've been going to PCB for over 40 years and this was the cleanest, most well-stocked condo I've ever stayed in!). Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and felt more like a home than a condo rental. Close to restaurants (a number of which are on the property itself), quite a few attractions, and right across the street from Walmart. My granddaughter (age 12) and I had a wonderful time. I loved the condo. It was adorable and.helped me feel at home on my first solo mom/son vacation. The only negative was how loud the AC unit is licking on and off. My son ended up in the master bedroom with me as the utility closet is on that bink room

Great Place

We had a great mini trip to the beach. I was injured and couldn’t leave the room but it was easy for my mom to take my son around the property. We were able to have a grocery delivery and had no issues getting Door Dash deliveries.
