“Great nice area”

“The room seemed clean enough and was adequate for one male guest (me). My wife and kids wouldn't like it here. The outside areas need attention. There were tall weeds along the walkways. I don't think it would take much to cut those down.”

“This hotel is Disgusting, unkept, a safety concern, and should be reported to the health department. I arrived after 10pm and notice that the side doors of the property are unlocked, people are entering without a room key. I get checked in and on the way to the room there are rat trap boxes in the corners of the hallways. We entered the room and check the room for pest. We spotted bed bugs ontop of the pillows and reported this to the staff, who responded with "Do you want a new pillow?" The……
