The best spot in Dallas for the money. Room was immaculate. I wish my home was as well appointed. When there's a $350 throw on the bed, yer in rare air. Everything was spotless. Glass and marble. Parking was free and convenient. Pool area looks like a resort. Best views of the city a five story can get. Convenience stores, food and bar options easily walkable. Only knock was the restaurant service but that's par for the course these days. Actually, the tex-mex spot in the basement was solid. The...

Very nice and clean. Love the underground free parking with elevator straight to rooms. Seems safer. Doors sealed with Lysol clean Stamp of approval.
Would’ve liked a better welcome (Felt judged by the way I look when I came in) but the African American desk clerk went out of her way to make sure my check out was seamless.

Location: 5/5 - The location is walkable to bars & several fine dining restaurants.
Room: 4/5 - The room was clean & comfortable. I had one of my best sleep in a while on the very comfortable bed. However, I understand that they’re going to remodel the rooms which is much needed.
Service: 5/5 - The service was excellent. All of the staff were welcoming w/ friendly smiles.
Ambiance: 4/5 - The hotel & its common areas were small, didn’t feel grand.

Loved my stay there, would definitely stay here again. The pool is great, breakfast was good. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. Only two complaints: the fee for parking and the way the shower is configured. Water sprays all over the floor because half of the shower is open. But other than that, it was great!

Hotel pool is fantastic and the rooms are unique and spacious. Biggest perk we were unaware of was free hotel transit within 4 miles. This covers most tourist destinations, sporting events and restaurants in the area, so we never needed to get a cab!

Loved it there! When we first stepped in room it felt warm and welcoming! They had jazz music playing, two fiji water bottles, and a name card. I felt very welcomed! Very digital place! Views were great! Everything we wanted in a hotel! Loved the tower club! The emails were very good at explaining parking and how to use elevators. Definitely want to come back!
