“We had stayed here last November also and you can tell the difference with the new owners. Everything is shaping up nicely. New carpet and everything was spotless. They have a nice breakfast available also. Plan on staying here often as we have a new grandson in the area.”

“Room was clean. Shower curtain too short. Caused floor to be wet and slippery. Road noise heavy until 10PM. Hotel staff seemed to be absent from the front desk. But friendly enough when interacting. ”

“This hotel is very economically priced - was clean and the night staff was very nice - you get what you pay for. Breakfast needs improvements. The parking lot is in dire need of repaving. Took a long time for hot water and never really got hot. Overall needs an update. ”

“Property at one time was magnificent. It does need a little bit of a facelift as it is from the 1940s. The suite that we were in with two queen with large and clean and comfy beds. The pool was dirty, and Jacuzzi the gym had no fan and was super hot The waterpark is shut down right now, but looking forward to it opening and coming back to check it out All the staff are super nice ”

“This place goes downhill every single year. We stay with a group for Christmas for the last 15 years. Wallpaper is peeling, you are charged for a “resort fee” but the pools aren’t even always working. Dining is subpar. Rooms are very dated and getting worse every year. I think it’s time for our family to move on from thumper pond. ”
