“If you are a large loud partying kind of family this is not a good choice for you. I hosted 30 people for my husband’s 70th birthday. We rented the main house and all the cottages and the studio. We ranged in age from 78 to 5. Be aware that there are lots and lots of stairs. The mansion is 4 stories and each cottage has the bedroom in a loft area up a flight of stairs as well. Two of my guests fell and were slightly injured on the stairs. Another issue for us was the quiet time. It is 9 am. It……

“This home was perfect for our visit to Flagstaff. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and were very comfortable. The host was great and responsive to any questions we had about the property. We made meals at the house and had all the cooking items needed right at the house. It was a great visit.”

We did have some mosquitoes in the evenings so be sure to have insect repellant. Overall this house was outstanding!”
