"The breakfast was nice and had a nice selection. The room was clean. The pool was a little on the chilly side so it was not fun to be in for my granddaughter her lip was quivering so we didnt stay in long. "

"Room was dilapidated, shower didn’t drain well. Black hand prints on white walls. Felt grimey. Bed was sunk in, hurt our back. Ripped carpet. Great location though! We loved William’s!"

"The kids enjoyed it. Fun experience. Beautiful views. Several activities to try. We had a rainy day and the dome leaked from the skylight onto the bed as well as the main window. The power went out for a while. The star gazing guide was great but you pay extra for it. They had some challenges getting orders right with some of our meals. Some of the activites haven't been maintained. A bit overpriced for what is advertised versus the reality of the place, mostly due to lack of maintenance and inexperienced service."

"We liked the location, but had to come to front desk to get ice and nobody was there for 20 minutes to get someone. And our room cleaner didn’t replenish plastic cups."

"THE BEDS WERE HARD AND WE HAD TWO QUEENS BEDS AND ON ONE OF THE BED SHEETS HAD WHAT LOOKED LIKE BLOOD STAINS. THERE WAS DUST EVERYWHERE AND LEFTOVER DOG FOOD IN THE CORNER OF THE ROOM AND UNDER THE SINK. THERE WAS A SINGLE FRENCH FRY AND MORE DOG FOOD.THE PEOPLE WERE GREAT AND VERY NICE BUT CLEANING IS NOT THERE STRONG SUIT. OH AND THE FRIDGE FREEZES YOUR FOOD WE HAD TO THROW ALL OUR SALAD AND FRESH VEGETABLES AND FRUITS OUT."
