“Really well located apartment, close to the shops of Goya and Serrano. After completing the online check-in process, the flat was easy to access, and with most of the essentials. Shower wasn’t great, fluctuating between hot and cold and with a small shower head, plus shower doors that jammed when trying to close, but it wouldn’t stop us from booking here again.”

“Very good location, many cute shops and restos nearby and walkable to city center. Set in middle of LGBT area, the area was not that loud at night but there was a group of partyers living in a unit that partied till 5am and that was loud. Host was fast to communicate but things we requested were only able to be delivered to us the next day. Also, there was no whatsapp to communicate and we communicated over email. We also felt the apartment was not very clean and one of us kept having eye……

“It was a reasonable price when all the other hotels were twice or three times as expensive. It is a good hotel when you want to just visit the Prado and Retiro Park.”

“Very nice,comfortable, quiet, easy access and centralized, restaurants, shopping. The only problem was with a lockers, I get 2 and 1 couldn't open it but an employee was very nice and helped open it”

“What I liked most about the stay was the excellent location. The apartment was clean and good value for the price we paid. One of the bathrooms wasn’t working when we arrived, but the staff were very helpful and quickly moved us to another apartment. Overall, we had a good stay and felt it was worth the money.”
