“What an incredible house! Owners even provided a locally themed welcome gift! Plenty of space for our family of 5 with wonderfully outfitted kitchen. Loved the outdoor space! We made all of our meals in the house. Murphy’s Market in Trinidad and the Coop in Arcata are great grocery stores. We were able to visit the beaches and redwoods from this location easily. Jedediah Smith - nature/river trail, grove of titans, stout grove, Howland Hill Road, and Smith River. Humboldt - Avenue of Giants,……

“We have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties. This was one of the best. We enjoyed the proximity to the various redwoods parks, grocery and eateries, as well as some lovely beaches. The kitchen was the best-equipped, neatest we've encountered. The place was just the right size for two, and the ability to walk down and sit looking at the ocean was a bonus. A positively sumptuous bed was only slightly offset by the fact the couch is not very comfortable. We did not use the hot tub, so I can't speak……

“Well designed and comfortable indoors and out. The back lawn was huge! It felt very private with all of the trees and foliage. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor shower. Kitchen was fully equipped. Location was convenient to town and to the redwoods. ”

“This property was perfect for our family, including our 17 year-old daughter. We loved the hot tub and really appreciated the laundry facilities. The view of the ocean is amazing and we kept the windows open at night. Great communication. They told us ahead of time that the oven was not working (not an issue!) We used the grill a few times. They told us ahead of time that they were coming by to pick up the trash. Only a couple of very minor things that were not provided that a future……
