“This was a great basement apartment in a very friendly and quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very accommodating when we found ourselves without our scheduled plans due to rain and we were able to access the apartment early. We were close to plenty of restaurants and great things to do in the area. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.”

“We encountered a few problems: defrosted fridge/freezer had leaked onto the carpet and AC didn't work. Staff tried to solve both problems with positive attitudes. For the AC, the unit never did cool down enough so a box/floor fan was provided. That helped, but was noisy all night. Noticed 1 ice machine was out of order. The other two on other floors had towels on the floor but not enough towels to stopo a flow of water running toward the elevators.”

“Room was ok, but the building was pretty dirty. There were lots of bugs. There were signs on the outside doors saying they were locked 24/7 and room keys were required to enter. But the doors were always open. Not too safe…The breakfast was good, but they didn’t have some things like milk on Saturday morning. They said their delivery guy was a few days late. There was a convenience store right across the street. I wonder why none of the staff members couldn’t just go grab some. Also- my room key……
