The room and motel was exactly what I expected. This is an older property, but it was clean and in good condition. The staff was very helpful. The bed was comfortable and all the appliances and equipment worked properly. I would stay there again if I was passing through Payson.

Staff was exceptional. Very helpful and flexible. Room was clean n bathroom was clean and aside from needing 1 more set of towels and wash cloths, exceptional. I was able to park in front of the room.all n all a great stay at a quaint Motel.

The gentleman at check in was very professional, courteous so very nice. The room was very clean and the perfect size. Sink in the bathroom was too low as was the toilet, but that was my only complaint and I was being petty, lol

The beds were typical for a budget motel, but the room was much cleaner than normal. Furnishings were limited, no table, a single plastic chair, a night stand between the beds and a dresser of sorts with 7 drawers. Oh, there was a folding tv-tray for "laptop area", but if you just want a place to park the carcass when you sleep, you don't need the other stuff. Biggest problem is the stopper for the tub was broken so no relaxing bath after a long day driving.

I really like this place. The rooms are clean & comfortable & the staff is very friendly. They even let me check in 30 minutes early. That's nice. The property is also well maintained. The only bad thing I would say is I wish the shampoo was a bigger size. The small packet that's in the room isn't enough. So you might have to bring your own. Besides that everything else was great.
