"The rooms were clean but the sauna needed a good cleaning "

"The room that we were given was in the worst location on property. We had a room which had an outside door entry facing a busy road and garbage truck route. We believe we were given this room because we booked on Expedia. Had we booked directly thru the Inn they offered a complimentary drink in the bar and stated they would match any price we were given. We stayed with Expedia and this is what we got. The property, room and amenities were very good as was the on-site breakfast & restaurant/bar. Ear plugs were found in the vanity kit in our room. We booked weeks in advance so very sad really."

"Water would not get hot. I informed the staff as soon as I checked in and I was told the engineer would work on it and I was never told anything else the rest of the night. So I had no hot shower the first day. The second day I called again because there was still no hot water. When the engineer came. He was very rude and told me that I’m at the end of the line. These are old copper pipes and it has to warm up and then I need to turn the sink on and let it run for a while before it will get hot. He let it run for 20 minutes and the water got warm. When he left by the time I went to take the next shower the water was not hot again when I told the lady at the front desk, she did not offer any customer service and was also very rude."

"Checked in once we saw the property and room it was time to go. The king size bed looked like it was rode hard and put away wet. Nonetheless, the staff was very accommodating and allowed us a complete refund and we were on our way to find new accommodations."
