“I would think twice before booking this place. Would you like clean towels? Would you like a well maintain hotel? Would you like friendly staff and management? Would you like your room clean daily if staying more than one night? If yes, then dont come here. You're not going to find that here. The hotel has not been maintained and not clean. They charge you for double tax, resort fees which should be used to clean and maintain the hotel. Especially considering how much you pay for the room. Staff……

“Great location, hotel staff was great. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was a little overpriced in my opinion, so only ate there one day. Location was great for getting around Santa Fe. ”

“The room was very nice and clean, I will say I think they need additional lamps or something because the room was a little dark. The property itself is beautiful (also great views around) and the pool and hot tub were very nice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The lounge had cool vibes and pretty views. We would stay here again. ”

“Will not clean your room. They do not provide housecleaning. I moved out after the second night. ”
