"This is a beautiful and reasonably priced vacation for any couple looking to get away for a few days and enjoy a clean, small one bedroom cottage with a lovely view of Seneca lake. Maryanne thinks of everything when you arrive with a full kitchen and all the info you need to find local eateries, wineries and excursions. We would definitely stay again. 10 of 10."

"Everything was Great. Had a nice Long Weekend, being right on the lake was Fantastic. The back porch was amazing too just relax and see and listen to the lake. The local area was great, the Blue Eagle Bar was Awesome as well as Y Knot, a small Pizza and market, the people were very nice and the food was Great, would definitely recommend the house and those places to dine. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this Green Duck! The location is perfect with incredible views of Seneca Lake, and the space was just right for two adults. The cabin was cozy, comfortable, and well thought out—everything we needed was provided, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. The hot tub was such a treat, especially at night when we could relax under the stars. The bed was very comfortable, and the whole place felt warm and welcoming. One day, we took a quick drive to Niagara Falls, which made the trip even more special. Highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with amazing views! Thanks, Jonny, for sharing your slice of paradise!"

"House was very comfortable. Gary was a great host. Very relaxing location - loved sitting on the porch with my coffee watching the sunrise. Dogs enjoyed the yard and I enjoyed the doggie door and not having to get up every time they wanted to go out/come in. Would definitely rent again."

"The hotel room was clean but very small (obviously since it was a Microtel). The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was okay. Penn Yan is a small town but the hotel is located very near several restaurants, stores, and taverns. All in walking distance. The only thing about this hotel and that it has only one elevator and it is very slow. "
