“Initial customer service was lacking. We checked in during shift change (3pm) was told to "wait" and then proceeded to hear a personal conversation between the two employees. I felt like I was intruding. In room amenities were poor (coffee). Only one bedside lamp, curtains did not close properly (broken). ”

“The hotel was being remodeled, but our room was very nice and quiet, faraway from where they were working. It looked like it was going to be very nice when they get it completed, which looks to be fairly soon. ”

“We reserved for 2 nights. First night was a large roach. We reported in the morning and they said they would have it cleaned upon return that evening. We returned same evening, roach remained along with more. They scattered across the dresser. We reported. They stated they informed housekeeping and she signed off. They offered to change our room and we changed. In the 2nd room were tweezers, wet wash cloths ”

“This stay was exactly what we needed it to be. Room was decent, breakfast was good, staff were personable and helpful. It wasn't our first choice, but late planning will put you in a pickle when there's some kind of convention in town the same weekend, we had a wedding. But we were pleasantly surprised and have no complaints here.”
