The room was not properly cleaned when I checked in, which was a big disappointment. Additionally, the toilet was clogged the entire time, and despite asking for maintenance, the issue was never fully resolved. To make matters worse, the service at the front desk was poor. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the staff was unhelpful in addressing the issues I raised during my stay. Given the condition of the room and the lack of proper service, I’m reaching Expedia to requesting a refund.
