The hotel is definitely showing its age and could use some renovations, but understandable given the price point in this area of town (don't go in with expectations of a luxury hotel). The main issues that lowered the rating are: 1). The shower in my room needs some TLC; mildew is present. 2) Our window was facing the dumpsters outback .
