Parking is a big issue for this hotel. $32 self parking thats a block away, or $42 for valet to the same lot. The actual hotel is nice. Staff was nice. If you need parking, highly suggest parking in the Renaissance Square across the street, its only $25 a night.

Will never stay here again. This hotel was booked in error. Absolute nightmare. Parking garage charges $32 a day and if you leave you have to repay. Not close by the hotel either. It’s ridiculous. The staff was rude and not helpful at all! Horrible experience. No pool. Dirty bathroom.

Our “city view” room was on the second floor, and our only view of the city was of the dryer venting on the roof of the building outside room 225. There was also a strange and pungent odor around the hotel, like an industrial cleaner trying to cover up another smell. Lots of noise in the morning. The staff was very friendly, but for what we paid we will not stay here again.
